AN ORDTNANCE VACATING TFiE EASEMENT ADJACENT TO THE PLATTED SNOWBERRY DRIVE, LOT 13, BLOCK 9, VAIL INTERMOUNTAIN DEVELOPMENT SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO. WHEREAS, Vail Intermountain Development Subdivision was platted with a roadway known as Snowberry Drive and an adjacent 25 feet ea,se- ment , and WHEREAS, the current owner of Lot 13, Block 9, Vail. Intermountain Development, has requested that the easement be vacated; and WHEREAS, Snowberry Drive was nat build in the platted location, but currently exists in a separate location; and WHEREAS, the Town Council is of the opinion that the easement adjacent to Snowberry Drive and Lot 13, Block 9, Vail Intermountai*~ Development Subdivision should be vacated: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAW: {1} The easement for roadway structures, parking and public and private utilities is hereby vacated, as more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A".
