AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 2 AND 3, CLIFFSIDE
SUBDIVISTON FROM RESIDENTTAL CLUSTER TO SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the owners of Lots 2 and 3, Cliffside Subdivision, Town of Vail,
County of Eagle, State of Colorado, have petitioned the Town of Vail to rezone
Lots 2 and 3 from Residential Cluster to Single Family Residential; and
WHEREAS, Single Family Residential is a more appropriate zone district for the
development of these lots; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Environmental Commission of the Town of Vail has
recommended such rezoning:
NOW, THEREFORE, QE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF U,4IL, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section i
In accordance with Section 18.66.1CO of the Town of Vail Municipal Code, the Town
Council hereby amends the zoning of Lots 2 and 3, Cliffside Subdivision, County
of Eagle, State of Colorado from Residential Cluster to Single Family Residential
Section 2
In accordance with Section 18.08.030 of .the Town of Vail Municipal Code, the
zoning administrator is directed to amend the official zoning map to reflect such
zone district amendment.
Section 3.~
If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is
for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of
the remaining portions of this ordinance; and the Town Council hereby declares it
would have passed this ordinance, and each part, section, subsection, sentence,
clause or phrase thereof, regardless of the fact that any one or more parts,
sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid.
Section 4.
The Town Council hereby finds, determines and declares that this ordinance is
necessary and proper far the health, safety and welfare of the Town of Vail and
the inhabitants thereof.

Section 5.
The repeal ar the repeal and reenactment of any provisions of the Vail Municipal
Code as provided in this ordinance shall not affect any right which has accrued,
any duty imposed, any vinlat;ion that occurred prior to the effective date hereof,
any prosecution commenced, nor any other action or proceeding as commenced under
or by virtue of the provision repealed or repealed and reenacted. The repeal of
any provision hereby shall not revive any provision or any ordinance previously
repealed or superseded unless expressly stated herein.
INTRODUCED, READ AND PASSED ON FIRST READING THIS 1 7th day of Ju ~v
1984, and a public hearing shall be held an this ordinance on the 7th day
of ~ „n~„~1. 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Vail
Municipal Quilling, Vail, Colorado.
