Home My WebLink About1989-14 Making Supplemental Appropriations from the Town of Vail General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, and Others; and Authorizing the Expenditures of Said Appropriations as Set Forth Herein._ ~ ~ • • r ORDINANCE NO. 14 Series of 1989 AN ORDINANCE MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE TOWN OF VAIL GENERAL FUND, CAPITRL PROJECTS FUND, REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TRx FUND, AND THE VAIL MARKETING FUND OF THE 1989 BUDGET AND FINANCIAL PLAN FOR THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO; AND AUTHORIZING THE EHPENDITURES OF SAID APPROPRIATIONS AS SET FORTH HEREIN. WHEREAS, contingencies have arisen during the fiscal year 1989 which could not have been reasonably foreseen or anticipated by the Town Council at the time it enacted Ordinance No. 31, Series of 1988, adopting the 1989 Budget and Financial P1 an for the Town of Vail, Colorado; and, WHEREAS, the Town has received certain revenues not budgeted for previously; and, WHEREAS, The Town Manager has certified to the Town Council that sufficient funds are available to discharge the appropriations referred to herein, not otherwise reflected in the Budget, in accordance with Section 9.10(x) of the Charter of the Town of Vail; and, WHEREAS, in order to accnmp1ish the foregoing, the Town Council finds that it should make certain supplemental appropriations as set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Vail, Colorado, that: Pursuant to Section 9.10(x) of the Charter of the Town of Vail, Colorado, the Town Council hereby makes the following supplemental appropriations for the 1989 Budget and Financial Plan for the Town of Vail, Colorado, and authorizes the expenditure of said appropriations as follows: FUND AMOUNT General Fund $ 204,121 Capital Projects Fund 1,736,260 Real Estate Transfer Tax Fund 611,x00 Vail Marketing Fund 532,000 TOTAL $3,083,883.
