W!-IEREAS, Article l 3, Section 13.11 provides an opportunity for the Town of Uail to designate c{;rtain open space parcels which meet specific criteria to be placed in a designated open space status; and WI-IERLAS, once placed in tl><at designated open space status these properties which are owned ley the "I"own of Vail would require ati afi'irrz~ati~e vote of the Town of Vail voters before the parcels cot.tld be sold, leased, or subject to a zone change to a non-open space zoning district; and WI-IEREAS, the Town of Vail Opel~Space Committee has voted unanimously to designate 14 Town of Vail owned properties as upon space; at~d WI•IF?REAS, the '1 owls Council finds that the 14 properties set forth in Section 1 meet the criteria rcgllired by Article 13, Section 13.1 l of the Charter of the Town of Vail, Colorado. The repeal of any provision hereby shall not revive any provision or any ordinance previously repealed or superseded unless expressly stated herein. All bylaws, orders, resolutions and ordinances, or parts thereof, inconsistent herewith are repeated tc, the extent only of such inconsistency. This repealer shall not be construed to revise any bylaw, order, resolution ar ordinance, ar part thereof, theretofore repealed.
