Set;tion 12-10-19 Core Areas Identified} is hereby amended to adopt the attcEChed revised reaps, incorporated by reference. SECTION ~. It ar~y part, section, subsection, sentence, ciause or phrase of this ordinance is for ~rny reason held to be invalid, such decision shall eat effect the validity of the remaining pnrtior~s of this ordinance; and the Tawn Council hereby declares it would have passed this ordinance, and oath part, section, subsection, sentence, ciause ar phrase thereof, regardless of tlu~ fact that any one or more parts, sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases tae declared invalid. SfGCT1ON 3. -l hc; Town Council hereby finds, determines and declares that this ordinance is rre;cessary ancf proper for the health, safety and welfare of the 'fawn of Vail and the inhabitants thc,rc~of. SECTION 4. l he amendment of any provision of the Town Cade as provided in this ordinance sh{711 eat rrftE;ct any rigf~t which has accrued, any duty imposed, any violation that occurred prior to the effective date hereof, any prosecution commenced, nor any other action or proceeding as cornrnerrc€~d under or toy virtue of the provision amended. All bylaws, orders, resolutions and ordinances, or parts thereof, inconsistent herewith are repealed to the extent only of such inconsistency. This repealer shall not be construed to revise any bylaw, order, resolution or ordinance, or part thereof, theretofore repealed.
