For any redevelopment project where a portion of a building is removed, parking will be required to be provided for the portion of the building which is removed and redeveloped, as well as any new commercial floor area or residential units. The removal and redevelopment of commercial space will not be exempt from the provision of parking. If you would like to appeal this determination, please provide written notice of appeal to the Community Development Department within twenty (20) days of the date of this letter, as required by Section 12-3-3 Appeals, Vail Town Code.
