The purpose of this letter is to provide written notice from the Town of Vail that the
improvements bonded by the irrevocable letter of credit (LOC# 3091306) have been completed
pursuant to the terms outlined in the Arrabelle Core Site Housing Agreement.
The letter of credit is no longer required by the Town of Vail and the original letter of credit
document be may be released to Vail Resorts Development Company.
