Pylon cap is Cor-Ten steel plate,welder to interior
and exterior vertical supports and perforated panels.
Upper and lower cleats are fabricated Cor-ten
welded to face of Cor-Ten steel channel.
Exterior vertical supports are 3/16"Cor-Ten steel,mitre cut and
welded of seams. Also welded to face of perforated panels.
Perforated panels are 3/16"thick Cor.Ten steel,mitrecut
and welded at seams(custom perforation pattern to be
determined). Glass plug inserts or similar increase in density
toward top of pylon.
Pylon trim is Fabricated Cor-Ten steel welded to exterior
vertical supports and perforated panels
Internal uplighting at base captures light transmittance
and character of fire,washes pylon from bright bottom
to silhouette at top
Pylon base plate is constructed of 1"thick
Cor-Ten steel plate,welded to perforated panels
and aluminum channels. Fastened to concrete
base from interior of structure.
Concrete pier with"Telluride Gold"masonry,by

portal entry. Representational,
nearly sculpture in the round.
Perched sculpture, perhaps
recalling old Lionshead, at the
top of the great room deck at the
restaurant.
Freestanding sculpture in

terrace at the ice rink.
A glass sculpture on the
pedestrian access near the
snow -- meant to look like
an ice sculpture, internally lit
from belowwith different color
depending on the time of year
and the occasion.
