CONTRACT FOR: General Construction PROJECT NO: 20826.01 CONTRACT DATED: PAGES: 1 of 1 The Work shall be carried out in accordance with the following Supplemental Instructions issued in accordance with the Contract Documents. If the Contractor agrees that the following Supplemental Instructions do not change contract sum or contract time,the Contractor shall proceed with the work. If the Contractor believes the following Supplemental Instructions may change contract sum or contract time,the Contractor shall provide such information to the Owner and the Architect. The Contractor shall not proceed with the work until authorized by the Owner,according to the Owner's terms of approval. Architect's Supplemental Instruction Title: Relocation of Directory Sign. Reason for Clarifications: At the request of Matt Lydens,Vail Resorts,a directory in the north pedestrian mall must be relocated due to field utility conditions.
