OCCUPANCY— EXPIRATION DATE 5-1-2009
PERMIT#B05-0016
1. A Final Certificate of Occupancy (CO) is required to be obtained for Building Permit
#B05-0016 by May 1, 2009.
2. Any violation of the terms of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO)will result in
revocation of occupancy per IBC 110.4.
3. TCO includes the following areas:

G1 Level excluding construction staging areas
G2 Level excluding construction staging areas
Loading dock excluding Gondola Tunnel
Plaza Level including Ice Rink
Lobby level including Centre V, Porte Cochre and supporting areas

4. Fix door latches, closers in corridors in many locations of the Hotel corridors at
communication rooms etc...

5. Provide plan and schedule as to how and when the Rise and Run items discovered
at the atrium first level of stairs are to be addressed and repaired.
6. All stairwell floor identification signage needs to also indicate the story of and
direction (up or down) of exit discharge on the sign per IBC 1019.1.7.
7. Install signage at exit stairways indicating location of accessible means of egress at
elevators per IBC 1007.7.
8. Provide signage with International Symbol of Accessibility at men's' and women's
locker room accessible bathrooms.
9. Panic hardware required on Centre V exit doors.
10. Panic hardware required on all other A occupancy exit doors where missing.
11. Remove all remaining construction fencing and dumpsters at plaza level entries.
12. Install approved barriers at escalator locations.
13. Complete the plumbing work for public bathrooms located near the ice rink. Call for
final re-inspection ASAP.
14. All Town of Vail Public Works, Vail Fire and Emergency Services and Planning
Department corrections must be completed for final CO.
15. Any construction activity shall not negatively impact areas approved for occupancy.
16. Provide accessible hardware per IBC section 3109 Swimming Pool Enclosures and
Safety Devices.
17. The Conditions of the Development Agreement are to be complied with prior to a
certificate of occupancy.
