B05-0016 Building Permit
All inspection categories Approved; except Building final,
Building Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) and Building final
Certificate of Occupancy (CO). There are corrections in the stair
cores. The club area requires inspection. The exercise room toilet
requires inspection for accessibility and plumbing. The pool door
hardware requires inspection.
Planning and Public Works conditions are required to be met.
E06-0166 Primary Electrical Permit
Is not finaled out and may still require inspections.
M06-0113 Primary Mechanical Permit
Gas Piping, Shut off valves on decks require caps or plugs.
This was noted on Building A 4t" floor but would apply to all areas.
Exhaust hoods, 2' shaft lid need in elevator to cover duct.
Inspection dated 10-16-07 by SAFEbuilt.
M07-0069 Mechanical Permit for lobby and great room fireplaces.
This was for the metal chimney flues by KK mechanical. No
final inspection. Who installed the gas log sets?
M07-0322 Mechanical Permit for ice rink refrigeration.
No final inspection.
P05-0170 Primary Plumbing Permit
There is a correction on the underground that was not re-
inspected. Leaks in sand, oil and grease drains. Miscellaneous
denied by SAFEbuilt, public bathrooms numerous corrections. For all
bath tubs need to verify that the filler has a 2 inch air gap, still finding
new fixtures that do not comply.
Eagle River Water and Sanitation District
Buried shut off valves somewhere in the streetscape.
