All Punch List items as identified on the November 14th Punch List as provided by 4240 shall be complete 2. A `grasshopper' or other mechanical means and necessary lifting accessories shall be provided to the Town in order to easily lift the manifold lids. 3. Fire pit at Kiosk shall be functional since it will remain. What is the status of that connection? 4. Resolve the leaking gutter above QuickSilver store 5. Irrigation shall be complete as per discussions between GH Daniels and Blaine Palmer with the Town. The drip irrigation provided for the hanging baskets must be resolved. The installed drip tubing was not was discussed or typically installed in Town lightpoles. 6. Resolve the overFlow gutter leak at Burton store 7. Connect all roof drains to downspouts in ground. 8. Reinstall stop sign at LH Place so it does not sway. 9. The paver pattern along Montaneros along LH Place needs to be corrected. 10. All way finding signage needs to be installed, including the missing sign at the GVT entrance on LH Place. 11. All pots need to have 7' of clearance and installed in pot hangers. 12. All snowmelt zones shall be labeled TOV or private. 13. All 6 LD bays shall be available for use, not for construction staging. 14. All parking spaces shall be available for use and not for construction staging. 15. Path to gondola has construction damage and will be required to be repaired. 16. The W. LH Circle lights need to be provided and installed. 17. Final as-builts for all work in Public Way shall be submitted. 18. The easement for the pathway in the ski yard references an old plan, this may have to be updated. 19. Lionshead Place concrete evaluation/possible replacement still needs to be addressed. 20. Upon acceptance of streetscape, provide clarification and if needed a revised snowmelt swap exhibit. An agreement shall be entered into by the Town and VR/Metro District for this maintenance swap. The area on the Montaneros property shall not be part of this agreement. 21. Upon acceptance of streetscape next spring, a heat and streetscape maintenance agreement shall be signed for those heated areas that are run off of the Arrabelle boiler within Town ROW. This assures the Town the streetscape and heat will be maintained and run in a manner at least equivalent and consistent with the Town of Vail streetscape heated areas. 22. Upon acceptance of streetscape next spring an agreement for maintenance of certain amenities in the public mall shall be signed. For example, the Town will not take over maintenance of the arches that are in B&Y area. 23. At the time of acceptance a Letter of Acceptance will be issued by the Town that will delineate warranty start dates for streetscape(2yrs) and pavers(5 yrs). 24. Prior to acceptance the Town and VR shall perform an irrigation, electrical and snowmelt walk thru to confirm all zones are working. This shall include the boiler room for snowmelt. 25.
