To Whom It May Concern:
The Town of Vail Public Works Department will allow Shaw Construction to use the catch basin and storm
sewer system at the base of the existing Gondola Building in Lionshead for dewatering purposes during the
redevelopment of the Lionshead Core Site.
Shaw Construction has provided the Town of Vail with a Construction Dewatering Program which will
allow no sediment or debris to flow into Gore Creek.
The Town of Vail will required Shaw Construction to perform daily inspections and maintain the site per the
approved erosion control plan, provided by AEI.
Shaw Construction will also be required to clean the catch basin and culvert as needed and call for an
inspection before approval of a TCO from Public Works is issued.
