Compactive effort had not begun during our morning visit. At the time of our afternoon visit, it was observed that the unsuitable topsoil had been excavated at the southeast corner of the Garfunkle building and replaced with suitable soil as previously recommended. The one lift of fill at the landscape area beneath the skier bridge had been compacted with a walk behind padsfoot roller. Reinforcing steel was inspected for the site wall footings.
