To the best of our knowledge, we find these documents compatible with the approved construction documents for the Arrabelle Project, with the following notes: • On Sheet A1.0 existing partition types are described, but no hourly ratings are noted for each partition type. Further, fire-stopping materials are specified on Slieet SP.2, but a schedule of applicable ratings for wall or floor assemblies is not noted. To assist in identifying the appropriate ratings for the application of fire-stopping materials, the tenant's architect should note that: o Demising wall partition type G is a 1 hour rated fire barrier. o Mechanical chase partition type D is a 2 hour rated fire barrier. � o The east exterior building wall partition type F is a 1 hour rated exterior wall. The north exterior building wall is unrated. o The floor assembly has a 2 hour fire rating. • Double storefront entrance doors are shown where only one entrance door is currently installed. That revision will be handled by Vail Resorts and 4240 in a separate submittal package. • The tenant restroom facility diagram provided by 4240 and dated March 20, 2007 is included with the permit application to illustrate the travel distance to the nearest facilities.
