Interior Remodel Scope of Work Vail Hoffman LLC plans to remodel the interior on units #220 and #250. Interior walls in Area 1 have already been added previous to the building permit application. Electrical main breaker boxes, transformers, will not be modified. Only switches, fixtures, and outlets are to be added within Areal . No modifications to the exterior of the spaces will be done. The interior remodel will also include addition of desks, shelves, and filing cabinets. The fire alarm contractor has already added a 135-degree heat sensor in place of the smoke detectors.
