NEW INSTALLATION FEES
Passenger or freight elevator, lu\la, escalator, moving walk:
Up to and including $50,000 of valuation = $350.00
Over $50,000 of valuation = $350.00 plus $6.00 for each
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof over $50,000.00
Lift, Dumbwaiter or private residence elevator:
Up to and including $20,000 of valuation $250.00
Over $20,000 of valuation = $250.00 plus $3.00 for each
$1,000.00 or fraction thereof over $20,000.00
MAJOR ALTERATION FLEES:
Fees for major alterations shall be as set forth in Table 3-A of the
Uniform Adminlstrative, Code or Table I-A.
VALUATION
ap levator plan review and field inspections will be conducted by the Northwest Colorado Council of Govemments. Plans will
e forwarded to NWCCOG for review and approval. Schedule inspections by contacting the NWCCOG Elevator Inspector at

Re: Landmark Elevator
Dear Mr. McGee:
As you are aware The Landmark has installed a new controller for the existing
elevator. We have been made aware that the new controller has elevator recall
and shunt trip capabilities which by code requirements should be connected to
the fire alarm system. We have contacted American Protection and Shaw
Electric to determine if they would be able to complete the work prior to our
Thanksgiving and ski season opening date. They both have indicated that they
would be unable to complete the work this fall due to all of their other current
work commitments.
Therefore The Landmark would like to request that it be allowed to include the
fire alarm and electrical portions of the elevator recall and shunt trip work in the
completion phase of the Tower upgrade planned for the spring of 2008.
Please allow this letter to serve as an assurance that the Landmark will make all
the necessary improvements to comply with the elevator recall and shunt trip
requirements during the 2008 work. I appreciate your consideration of this
request.
