Our landlord, Sharon Gustafson, wants to renovate all the spaces in this location and has asked Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties to relocate our existing business to 227 Bridge Street #D, which is also owned by Sharon Gustafson. This relocation would provide Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties the opportunity to enhance the services provided in the Vail Village by partnering with Futurian Systems to create an inviting, customer friendly, office/retail environment. Futurian Systems has a range of products and home solutions that customers can review, purchase and/or order from this combined location. Please find enclosed with this letter examples of product offerings. The plans that Sharon Gustafson has for 286 Bridge Street will greatly improve the location and convert the condos to residential units, in place of business units. Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties is willing to make the move to the other location Sharon has vacant, to do this we will need to have the Town of Vail grant our relocation request.
