DOR PRODUCTION NOTES:
October:
➢ October has experienced continued growth since the last report, setting up a booking trend that may lead to
more short-lead bookings for the month
o There are +1129 (+426 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o The 22nd had been experiencing a large underperformance versus last year, which has slightly increased
its variance since the last report, and now stands -12.9% down (-12.3% last report)
o The day before Halloween is outperforming last year by +17.9% (+18.5% last report)
o Halloween is down -3.6% (-3.2% last report)
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
November:
➢ November has experienced some underperformance from the 17th to 23rd that has grown since the last report
o There are +1615 (+1861 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o The largest outperformances are confined to the end of the month, and have increased their
outperformance since last report, a measured noted in the last 3 reports
o November 27th is experiencing the largest outperformance, up +22.1% (+16.1% last report) over last
year
o Thanksgiving Day is up +21.4% (+14.6% last report) over last year
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
December:
➢ December is mostly outperforming last year for the entire month, and coupled with an increase in inventory,
there should be more people in town for the month than last year
o There are +3996 (+3610 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o The largest outperformance is on the 22nd, up +11.1% (+8.7% last report) over last year at this time
o Christmas is now up +3.6% (+2.2% last report) over last year at this time
o New Year’s Eve is up +8.2% (+4.9% last report) over last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
January:
➢ January continues to underperform last year for the majority of the month
o There are -3420 (-2954 last report) less bookings than last year at this time
o The largest losses are noticed on the 22nd and 23rd, down -21.9% and -23.8% respectively (-18.7% and -
20.3% respectively last report)
o The largest outperformance is noted on the 28th, up +6.8% (+9.2% last report), and the 1st, up +8.8%
(+7% last report) over last year

February:
➢ February is performing close to last year for the first week of the month, while the rest of the month is
underperforming last year, a measure noted in the last report as well
o There are -3524 (-2943 last report) less bookings than last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 10th, down -19.7% (-18.6% last report) versus last year at this
time
o The largest outperformance is on the 6th, up +6.5% (+6.9% last report) versus last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
March:
➢ March is mostly in equivalence with last year’s performance and slightly outperforming on certain days
o There are +2038 (+1986 last report) more bookings than last year at this time
o The largest outperformance is on the 15th, up +9.6% (+9.6% last report) over last year at this time
o The largest underperformance is on the 9th, down -5.3% over last year at this time
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
April
➢ April has just come on the books and is showing only 2 underperformances versus last year at this time
o There are +3356 more bookings than last year at this time
o The largest outperformance is on the 27th, up +12.6% over last year at this time
o The only 2 underperformances are on the 16th and the 19th, down -1.2% and -0.8% respectively
o Inventory is higher than last year for the entire month
