PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE, SEE SOILS REPORT FOR COMPACTION REQUIREMENTS.
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL AT ALL TIMES KEEP TWO (2) SEPARATE FULL SETS OF CONTRACT DRAWINGS MARKED UP TO FULLY INDICATE AS -BUILT
CONDITIONS. SAID DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AND PEAK CIVIL ENGINEERING INC., UPON COMPLETION OF THE
WORK. AS -BUILT DRAWINGS WILL BE COMPILED BY PEAK CIVIL ENGINEERING PRIOR TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE. WHERE PRACTICAL, THE CONTRACTOR IS
TO PROVIDE AT LEAST TWO TIES FROM PHYSICAL MONUMENTS TO ALL FITTINGS, VALVES, MANHOLES, AND THE END OF ALL SERVICE LINES.
3. PEAK CIVIL ENGINEERING, INC., ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR UTILITY LOCATIONS. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FIELD VERIFY
THE LOCATION OF ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF ANY CONSTRUCTION.

IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO COORDINATE ALL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE ELECTRIC SYSTEM WITH HOLY CROSS ENERGY.
6. ALL CONDUITS AND APPURTENANCES INSTALLED FOR THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM SHALL CONFORM TO QWEST STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND SHALL BE ACCEPTED BY OWEST PRIOR TO PROJECT COMPLETION. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO COORDINATE ALL WORK
