The right-of-way on afl Town ofVail streets and roads is approxirnately 5 ft. 6ff pavenent.This ordinance will be striltfy enforcld by the Town of VaiIrg!_lic works Department. persons found viotating this ordinancewill be given a 24 hour written notice to remove-said material .fn the event the person so notified does not conply with thenotice within the 24 hour tine specified, the puLtic lvorksDepartrnent will remove said material at the expense of personnotified. The provisions of this ordinance snift not beapplicable to construction, maintenance or repair projects ofany street or alley or any utilities in the right-a-way.

!f thi.s permi.t requires a Town of Vail Fire Departrnent Approval,EngineerLs (.Pgbli9 lJorks) reyiew and approval,' a planning' Oeparimentrev'iew or Health Department review, and a review by the Building
Department, the estimated time for a total review may take as longas three weells.
All commercia'l (1arge or sma'l1) and all mu'lti-family permits will
have to fo'l low the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential
and sma'l I projects should take a 'l esser amount of time. However, .if
fesidential or sma'l ler projects inpact the various above mentioned
departments w'ith regard to necessary review, these projects mayalso take the three week period.
