Dear Michael,
The Town of Vail Staff has reviewed the duplex plat application for 2199 St. Moritz Way (Eagle
Valley Surveying Job #571 ). The following is a summary of the comments from that review:
1. Note #7: the lerm "Eagle County" shall be replaced with the term "Town of Vail".2. Note #8: the term "Floor area Ratio" shall be replace with the term "Gross Residential
Floor Area".3. The Town Council Certificate is not needed on this plat and shall be removed.4. The Planning and Environmental Commission Certilicate is not needed on this plat
and shall be removed.5. At least two building corners must be tied to the property corners with distances and
angles.
