Engineer's (Public Works) review and approval, a Planning Departrnent review of Health Deparfinent review, and a review by the Building Deparhnent, the estimated time for a total review may take as long as three (3) weeks. All commercial (large or small) and all multi-ftmily permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirernents. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smailer projects impact the various above mentioned departnents with regard to necessary ieview, these projects may also take the three (3) week penod.
