Enclosed you will find a copy of the Design Review Board approval for the
installation of your satellite dish antenna. Thjs installation was approved
w'i th the condition that three evergreens be p1 anted to screen this dish from
view. 0f specific concern, and as was highlighted in the rntion for approval ,
was to attempt to screen this dish from property west of your home.
Having recently viewed your property, I noticed these trees have yet to beinstalled. I would encourage you to plant the three evergreens as requiredin your Design Rev'iew Board approval . There is still ample time this fallto instal'l this,landscaping before winter sets in. Your inability to comply
with the Design Review Board's approval is a municipal code violation. t,lhiie
this department wou'l d prefer not to issue a citation, we are prepared to do
