On behalf of Vail TrailE East Condominium Association, the Board of Managers has
reviewed the proposed plans prepared by Brown-wolin Construction, Inc. for the
proposed work in the Roosevelt unit.
Subject to the fotlowing conditions, the Condominium Association does hereby
approve of such work and will not object to the issuance of a building permit
for such purpose:
1. Work ghall be performed substantially as set forth in the enclosed
letter and plans from Brown-wolin construction.
2. Installation at the owner's expense of thermo-pane (or other
similar double or triple insulated windows'
3. Exterior finish work and paint to conform with that of existing
bu ild ing .
4. The owner of unit 2 and any contractors performing such work shall
asEume full responsibility for the proper maintenance, repair and restoration of
aIl general common elements that may be affected by such construction,
including, but not limited to, plumbing and electrical systems and supporting
members, and congtruction clean up. They shall also indemnify and hold the
Condominium Association harmless from aIl claims,demands or damages resulting to
the general cornmon elements from such construction.
5. Contractors to r^rhom such bui.lding permits may be issued shall agree to
waive all Iien rights as they may pertain to property of the condominium
Aseociation and its general common element, or any individual condominium owner,
excepting the ohrner of Unit 2.
