Rd. with a legal description of Subdivision: VAIL DAS SCHONE FIL 1 Lot:ഀ
1 COMMERCIAL TRACT C, has approved changes made to the previouslyഀ
approved plans for improvements to the deck and access ramp attached toഀ
the aforementioned property. The changes include different railingsഀ
and uprights, as well as an ADA compliant hand railing on the ramp.ഀ
The changes to the plans originally approved by the Town of Vail Designഀ
Review Board were necessitated as a result of a change in tenantsഀ
occupying the upstairs portion of the subject property.ഀ
