The਍ഀ residence, being encapsulated on sides as well as top and bottom has virtually no heat loss਍ഀ (Delta T =0) with exception of the "ends" of the residence. The BTU's of 50 per square foot is a਍ഀ highly conservative measure used by R&H mechanical for the area given worse case scenario,਍ഀ emergency situation with a safety margin. Actual requirements are substantially less with 25਍ഀ BTU's/hr. per square foot a much closer approximation. if required however, I can submit heat-਍ഀ loss calculation report per soft-ware programming.
