Uonsridge 1a Filing਍ഀ DRP050314਍ഀ Dear Tom,਍ഀ Thank you for your patience while the referenced proposal was heard again by the Design Review਍ഀ Board at their public hearing yesterday- At the time of the original approval for a re-roof using black਍ഀ EPDM, the Design Review Board asked, through a condition of approval, that a rock ballast be placed਍ഀ over the EPDM. However, that condition could not be fulfilled due to the inability of the roof to hold a਍ഀ rock ballast. Therefiore, the application had to be amended and return to the Design Review Board਍ഀ yesterday, at which time the foilowing proposal was approved: a M-roof of the flat areas of the਍ഀ Brooktree Townhomes using the Certainteed textured EPDM roofing in "Weathered Wood਍ഀ I have enclosed the amended approval form that will be needed to apply for a building permit.
