• Wadey:we need to work with VR to dovetail the messaging between the town and mountain
• Vlaar - Marketing budget needs to be included within the $100000 event budget
• Marco: are we vetting the detailed proposal or just looking high level at producers
• Gross: Both. Evaluating the vision of the producer and their qualifications to pull it off.
• Gordon: This is digging the hole for the foundation its going to take 3-5 years to get this going
• Rediker: Even selling thanksgiving to returning guests it a challenge at lodging properties. Not confident that these activations will bring numbers. Issaak Heartstone - Ice Castle - Families are not here for thanksgiving. They have their own traditions. These ideas wont bring people to town it will just enhance them.

• Rediker: The most resources possible if we are going forward with this year .
• Gordon: I agree with kim.
• Valenti: Full $100k.
• Biszantz and Rediker: wants support from Vail Resorts for marketing.
• Davis: More money allocated to marketing and messaging around changing traditions -
we should award one person and let them pick people to collaborate.
• Valenti: Leaning towards Angela but her presentation was missing the snow connection.
• Gordon: Angela because she spelled it out as a multi year plan but encourages her to
work with the other producers for their expertise.
• Davis: Agrees with Gordon.
• Rediker: votes for Brian. Like the ideas for parade, experience with balloons and activating around families. Thought outside the box.
• Wadey: Loves astronomy from Brian but is worried about marketing. Family Fun Fest has struggled
• Biszantz- if we select REN would we get rid of Christmas Kris Kringle market?
• Angela - We would move the Christmas one and only do one.
