•Mountain Youth Family Education events are intentionally facilitated
with integrity and informed by local data and community needs.
•A healthy community that addresses mental health needs creates a
community where people want to visit and recreate.
•We provide actionable items for family mental health improvements.
•Vail supports local families to thrive and our Family Education events
complement this philosophy.
•When employees are educated in mental health and better learn how to
support their own needs, and those needs of their family members, they
are stronger employees.
•Our bilingual and multi-generational events are leading the way in our
region and other communities want to emulate our program.

Topline Marketing Efforts

•We collaborate with Vail Health/Eagle Valley
Behavioral Health. VH has provided an annual in-
kind marketing donation of $35,000.
•Save the Date rack card.
•Mountain Youth boosts VH in-kind with social
media, radio interviews, letters to the editor and
columns, press releases, Spanish radio ads, church
outreach and town talk submittals.
•We rely on school newsletters and their marketing
efforts.
•TRANSLATE and INTERPRET!
•Newsletters are the NUMBER ONE way people find
out about our events.

•Latinx Program Expansion, First Rate National Speakers, Continued Mental Health
Theme, stronger partnerships with stakeholders and sister-organizations, increased
feeder market events, further increased attendance
•What sponsors do you plan to target next year?
•EVBH/VH, and Eagle County Total Health Alliance, Vail Resorts Epic Promise, Vail
Valley Cares, all local towns, El Pomar and private donors
•How will you leverage media exposure and extend the marketing reach next year?
•We will continue to collaborate with EVBH/VH and local schools

•What measures were taken at your event/program to support the environmentally-
friendly goals of the Town of Vail?
•Staff utilized school facilities that have recycling efforts in place
•What waste reduction methods were used during your event/program?
•Staff when possible purchased sustainably source or produced materials,
including supplies and food
•Leftover food was given to the school staff instead of discarded
•How could you improve on sustainability efforts for next year’s event?
•Work with Town of Vail staff and Vail Honeywagon more to improve waste
reduction and diversion efforts.
•Look to provide handouts and resources as electronic documents to reduce
printing and waste
