Presenter(s): Krista Miller, Human Resourc es & Risk Manager Director Bac kground: Review the summary report on the I OP T survey results (I nput-Output-Processing-Template) that was taken last fall. The I OPT model is a tool that measures how a person perceives and processes information, whic h has a profound impac t on what motivates a person, how a person “sees” an issue, and how that person interacts with others during team disc ussions. The tool c an be used in helping to build more awareness of how teams function. 4.Discussion 4.1."Visioning: The future from 30,000 feet"3.5 hours Presenter(s): Facilitated by Gregg Piburn, Leaders Edge Consulting, I nc.
