Charlie Hedleyഀ STATUS OF COMPLETION:ഀ On Wednesday, May 2, 2007 1 conducted a site visit at the request of the contractor (Charlie Hedley with Evans Chaffeeഀ Construction), to observe the concrete foundation walls near the front entry of the Lodge at Lionshead. I observed anഀ open excavation approximately 30' x 25' and approximately 10' to 15' deep. This hole had been previously filled withഀ water for approximately 4 hours according to the contractor, as a result of flooding due to a ruptured water main.ഀ I was told that some water had infiltrated the lower level of the Phase I building; however no standing water was presentഀ at the time of my visit. The interior faces of the walls were only partially visible due to various pipes and mechanicalഀ equipment located in the affected areas.ഀ After observing the exterior and interior faces of the concrete foundation walls at the flooded area, there did not appearഀ to be any evidence of concrete failure or observable movement.
