A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN ADDITIONAL SIGNER JACQUE
LOVATO ON THE CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THE TOWN OF VAIL,
PERMITTED BY THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN, ITS ORDINANCES,
AND THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Town has the power to designate banks or
financial institutions for funds of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to designate Jacque Lovato as a
signer on this account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the
Town of Vail, Colorado, as follows:
1. Jacque Lovato is designated as a signer for the
existing checking account for the funds of the Town of Vail.
2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
passage. INTRODUCED, READ, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th
day of September 2000.
