A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ADDITIONAL SIGNERS .ON AN
TMPREST CHECKING ACCDUNT FOR LI~iRARY DEPOSIT TRANSACTIONS
FOR THE TOWN OF VAIL WITH ANNIE MURRAY AND MARIE STEFFIN
AS SIGNERS ON THAT ACCOUNT, PERMITTED BY THE CHARTER OF
THE TOWN, TTS ORDINANCES, AND THE STATUTES OF THE STATE
OF COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Town has the power to designate banks or
financial institutions for ,funds of the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to designate Annie Murray and Marie
Steffin as signers on this account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Tawn
of Vail, Colorado, as follows:
1. Annie Muzzay grid Marie Steffin are hereby designated as
signers for the existing imprest lihrary checking account for the
funds of the Town of Vail.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
