HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-29 Designating Underwood as a Depository for the Funds of the TownRESOLUTION NO. 29 Series of 1989 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING Underwood, Neuhaus and Company, P. O. Box 4522, Houston, Texas 77251 AS A DEPOSITORY FOR THE FUNDS OF THE TOWN AS PERMITTED BY THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN, ITS ORDINANCES, AND THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF COLORADO WHEREAS, the Town has the power to designate banks or financial institutions as depositories for funds of the Town and WHEREAS, the Town wishes to designate Underwood, Neuhaus and Company as a depository for funds of the Town. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Vail, Colorado, as follows: 1. Underwood, Neuhaus and Company is hereby designated as a depository for the funds of the Town of Vail. 2. Charles Wick, the Director of Administrative Services of the Town of Vail, or his successor, and Steve Thompson, Financial Controller of the Town of Vaii, or his successor, are hereby authorized to open any deposit or checking accounts in the name of the Town of Vail at Underwood, Neuhaus and Company. When an account with Underwood, Neuhaus and Company is liquidated, a check shall be made to the Tawn of Vail and mailed to 75 5. Frontage Road, Vail, Colorado 82657. 3.
