HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-12 Designating TexasBanc Savings Association as a Depository for the Funds of the TownRESOLUTION NO. 12 Series of 1988 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TexasBanc Savings Association AS A DEPOSITORY FOR THE FUNDS OF THE TOWN AS PERMITTED BY THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN, ITS ORDINANCES, AND THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, the Town has the power to designate banks or financial institutions as depositaries far funds of the Town; and WHEREAS, the Town wishes to designate TexasBanc Savings Association as a depository for the funds of the Town. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Vail, Colorado, as follows: 1. TexasBanc Savings Association is hereby designated as a depository for the funds of the Town of Vail. 2. Charles Wick, the Director of Administrative Services of the Town of Vail, or his successor, and Steve Thompson, Financial Controller of the Town of Vail, or his successor, are hereby authorized to open any deposit or checking accounts in the name of the Town of Vail at TexasBanc Savings Association. When an account with TexasBanc Savings Association is liquidated, a check shall be made to the Town of Vail and mailed to 75 S. Frontage Road, Vail, Colorado 51657. 3.
