A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWv COUi1CIL AUTHORIZING
THE COIdVI~'~'ANCE OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY
TO THE VAIL WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT ;
DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM
DEED TO THE VAIL WATER WIND SANITATION DISTRICT
FOR SAID PROPERTY; AUTHORIZING THE TOWN GLERK
TO SAID EXECUTION AND AFFIX THE SEAL OF THE
TOWN THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Vail Water and Sanitation District owns a parcel
of property known as Tract C, Vail Village Second Filing, within
the Town of Vail upon which a sewer treatment plant is located;
and,
WHEREAS, the Town of Vail is the owner of three (3} small
parcels of property that lie on three (3) sides of the sewex
treatment plant of the Vail Water and Sanitation District and
upon which portions of said plant are located; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the Town Council that so long
as the property is used for water and sanitation or other govern-
mental purposes that it should be held by the Vail Water and
Sanitation District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF VAIL, THAT:
Section 1. The Town Council hereby authorizes and approves
the transfer by quit claim deed of three {3) parcels of property
more fully described on the attached Exhibit "A" to the Vail Water
and Sanitation District, so long as the same are used for water
and sanitation or governmental purposes.
Section 2. The Mayor of the Town of Vail is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a quit claim deed to the Vail Water and
Sanitation District for the property described on the attached
Exhibit "A". The Town Clerk is authorized and directed to attest
to said execution and affix the Town's seal to said quit claim
deed.

for water and sanitation, governmental or related purposes.
if the above-described condition is breached by the grantee,
the above-described property shall automatically revert to the
grantor without it being necessary for the grantor to take any
affirmative action to effectuate the reverter.

approximate centerline of Gare Creeky thence, along said centerline
