A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY FROM ELIZABETH
M. WEBSTER; AND SETTING FORTH DETAILS
TN RELATION THERETO
WHEREAS, Elizabeth M. Webster has dedicated to the
Tawn of Vail a parcel of property to be used as open space
and for utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council is of the opinion that the
dedication should be accepted under the conditions stated
therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF VAIL, COLORADO, THAT:
1) The deed of dedication which is attached to this
resolution as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted, including the con-
ditions imposed upon said dedication.
2} The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the acceptance of the dedication for and on behalf of
the Town of Vail, and the Town Clerk is authorized and directed
to attest to the Mayor's signature and affix the Tawn seal to
the acceptance of the dedication.
INTRODUCED, READ, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 19th
day of September, 1978.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRE5ENT:
ELIZABETH M. WEBSTER {hereinafter called "Webster"),
is the owner of that property described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; and
Webster does hereby dedicate_ the described property to the
Town of Vail, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtanances and privileges thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, PROVIDED ALWAYS, that this dedication is made
subject to the following provisions and covenants, which shall apply
to and bind the Town, its successors and assigns, namely:
The described land shall be kept in its natural state and
be preserved as open space; subject, however, to the use of said land
for the installation, operation and maintenance of utilities.

Colorado municipal corporation, and on behalf of the Town of Vail
pursuant to the authority vested in me by Resolution No. ~' .
Series of 197$, duly adopted by the Town Council of the Town of
Vail, Colorado, on ~ ~ ~,fJl, 1978, do hereby accept the
above and foregoing dedicatio for the uses and upon the terms
and conditions set forth therein.
