A RESOLUTION APPOINTING OFFICIALS
FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE
GOVERNMENT FOR THE TOWN OF VAI L.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees for the
Town of Vail pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 139 Article 6,
hereby appoints the following officials to administer the govern-
mental responsibilities for the Town of Vail:
Roland Gerard
Lawrence B. Robinson
Stanley F. Bernstein
Michael DiMiceli
Linda R.. Hall
RESO wTION
Clerk
Recorder
Treasurer
Municipal Judge
Town Attorney
Finance Director
Director of Administrative
Services
Marshall
Deputy Clerk
The foregoing officials shalt hold their office for a term
of two years or until their successors are appointed by the Board of
Trustees .
