The other two਍ഀ current board members - Bart Roggensack and Jon Lorenze were copied as was Steve਍ഀ Ankerholz.਍ഀ I could not reach of Gene to verify that he is no longer on the Riverbend homeowner's਍ഀ board but I did just talk to Steve Ankerholz. He verified that Gene has not been a board਍ഀ member since the annual meeting last September which is why he did not know about਍ഀ the Unit 4 renovation. However he was president of the board when the infractions that਍ഀ are being discussed took place which is why he is dealing with that.਍ഀ The final plans will include the comments that Leslie has requested below.਍ഀ Sorry this is so confusing. There are a couple of HOA conditions for approval that should਍ഀ be on the plans. Such as, all workmanship and material has to match existing.
