This is m(odm) preferred choice and will go this route. • The outdoor deck should be surrounded by the existing boulders to match neighbors outdoor patio • m(odm) has revised perimeter of patio with a preliminary boulder layout to re -use existing and add new boulders to match color, size and texture as adjacent neighbors outdoor patio. Final selection of placement, density and exact boulder spec. will be determined when sourcing through GC and local stone supplier. • The grade along the edge by the pool should be changed or similar to make railings unnecessary and removed • m(odm) has shown drawings to be re -graded at hot tub corner to eliminate railings - height is max 30" from ground. • There needs to be landscaping added on the river side and the west side of the patio to screen the large metal face of deck/pool from the river and neighbor • m(odm) has shown boulders and vegetation along face of metal panel to soften the face.
