Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com DOR PRODUCTION NOTES: General DOR Notes: ➢ Average Daily Performance from July 1st, 2020 to January 31st, 2021 is currently down -11.2% (-11.1% last report) compared to last year ➢ Since the last report (07/15), bookings activity for June 1st through January 31st has yielded a net of +18,393 or 18,393 bookings. This level of net booking activity has increased from the last report (+13,101). ➢ The 07/31 report is the third consecutive report showing strong demand as daily net booking activity experienced a further increase. While health regulations continue to dictate the state of travel, consumers are reacting by booking high volumes in the short term. Since the last report, net booking activity for July 1st – September 30th shows +16,799 net new bookings, whereas net booking activity from October 1st to January 31st shows +1,594 net new bookings. Furthermore, the time period of July 1st through August 31st accounts for +15,888, or 94.6% of the net new bookings. This prominent trend of short-lead new bookings can be problematic for property managers as staffing levels needed to conduct business are only well known for the next 30-60 days while anything outside of that date range is more susceptible to volatility in the marketplace. o *It is important to consider that when we observe net statistics these numbers take into account a summation of both bookings and cancellations as both types of activity were noted since the last report.
