Communications@Inntopia.com www.Inntopia.com Data as of: 07/15/2020 Vail Production Notes DOR PRODUCTION NOTES: General DOR Notes: ➢ Average Daily Performance from July 1st, 2020 to January 31st, 2021 is currently down -11.1% (-14.4% last report) compared to last year ➢ Since the last report (06/30), bookings activity for June 1st through December 31st has yielded a net of +13,101 or 13,101 bookings. This level of net booking activity has slightly decreased from the last report (+14,856). ➢ With two consecutive reports showing strong consumer demand, the trend of heavy cancellations experienced in late winter / early summer months appears to have subsided for the moment. While changes in infection rates, among other factors, can have a significant effect on bookings demand and cancellations, barring changes in the local and state-wide public health restrictions, trends are starting to depict a return to seasonal booking habits. There’s certainly large ground to make-up as July to January as a whole are down -55,241 in bookings compared to last year, but with continued bookings momentum, and the release of pent-up-demand into the marketplace, there is potential to create a strong booking base for the winter season. o *It is important to consider that when we observe net statistics these numbers take into account a summation of both bookings and cancellations as both types of activity were noted since the last report.
