Member/Lodging Partner Engagement:
• Total YTD lead generation continues to be ahead of pace from 2019 (144 vs 161)
• Starting to see more leads for 2022. Current pipeline = 36% for 2021, 49% for 2022 and 14%
for 2023 & beyond.
• Booking/contracted business still very short term - 2 groups contracted in the month of July (1
for August and 1 for September 2021)
• Monthly Lead Status Update to Lodging Partners
• One DOS Virtual Meeting and one in-person DOS Happy Hour in July
• VLMD Meetings - Board Meeting, Partner Budget Meeting, & Meeting with Liz re:
Discovervail.com groups site
• Several lodging partner meetings & site visits while in Vail – Manor Vail Lodge, Vail Resorts,
Four Seasons, Sonnenalp, Sebastian, Arrabelle, Lodge at Vail
Marketing/Media Efforts:
• Met with Cvent regarding 2021 Mid-Year Results

• Coordinate travel arrangements for September visit
