Please be advised that, provided the plans and specifications and signage plans
you have forwarded to us are in conformance with Vail Town Codes and
Ordinances and generally accepted building standards for Vail, Eagle County, and
Colorado, and in full compliance with the provisions of the Lease, we do not have
any objections. Please obtain all assurances prior to construction that there will be
no interference with other existing tenants or the owner of the residential unit
above your premises, and no interference or interruption of building services in
connection with your work. Please be advised that this approval will also cover the
consent of the Condominium Association for the work, based upon the same
standards set forth herein.
