The Committee approved the July 29, 2019 meeting results with no corrections. Motion: McKenny SECOND: Ruther VOTE: 5-0 Introductions of new Corum representatives for Timber Ridge property.
Kathy Tran said that Corum will work on deed restriction compliance as they lease up
will get the documents going. Lynne will reach out to Brandon. Master lease with Vail Resorts: VR housing staff is ok with addendum changes, but still going to legal. Zach no longer
manager as of Sept. 9th (going to Breckenridge) but is training for 3 weeks.
Replacement should be invited to next TROC meeting. Matt Mire needs to review addendum as written by Corum. Kathy will share document with George, who will pass on to Matt.
2020 Budget: It was suggested to add $50K in the capital line item of Timber Ridge budget for site feasibility of a future redevelopment. Otherwise no changes to proposed 2020 budget
prior to Town Council approval. Motion: Hall Second: McKenny Vote: 5-0 Rockfall Mitigation:
Contractor will be up there within the week to start work. A notice will go out to
residents regarding the mitigation and helicopter noise, etc. Miscellaneous: Does Corum need a business license for the office at Timer Ridge? They have one for
Gorman, but they signed on behalf of Gorman. Adjourned 9:05am
