Review and Approve August 27, 2019 Meeting Results MOTION: Halloran SECOND: McKenny VOTE: 3-0 Approved Hall arrived after vote 2. Master Lease Addendum Status Campbell to provide last know lease update. Corum to review Tran’s files for last update. Review of addendum or master lease update required by Matt Mire, Town Attorney and Vail Resorts legal department. 3. Rockfall Mitigation Status Per Hall some work has been performed. Netting has been delivered with install following via crane or helicopter. Contractor is scheduled to work until end of November. There was a rock incident. A rock was released which hit and damaged Building K. Hall said contractor notified the Town and Hall contacted Timber Ridge office. King will follow up with contractor regarding damage and repairs. Corum will provide Halloran with repair invoices. 4. Corum Business License Requirement Halloran to check with sales and business license department. She will convey requirements if any to Corum and Campbell. 5. Timber Ridge Committee Meeting Dates The Committee agreed to continue meetings on the last Tuesday of each month. Campbell confirming a quorum for November 26th and December 24th meeting will be discussed at the November meeting. 6. Water Damage Units M1 & M2 was added to this agenda. Water damage M1 & M2 occurred about 2 weeks ago due to a leaking pipe. King was notified and authorized urgent repairs. Repair work included digging up concrete floor, pipe repair, repour concrete. Fred’s plumbing did pipe repair work. Do the cabinets and vinyl need to be replaced? Per Hall we may be able to use preordered items slated for April 2020 remodels. Halloran asked what the repair work included. Remediation, concrete excavation and repour and plumbing per Crow. Work did not include putting apartment back together. Hall said the preferred option would be to piece the repairs until April 2020 remodels. Hall will check with King. Weston wants King to review what needs to be done. Leases 100% leased, one unit is being held for a maintenance worker. Option could be to move maintenance to Lions Ridge. Vail Resorts would rather have a unit than not pay rent. Corum following up with Shelly at VR regarding rental status. Erika asked for guidance of process when issues occur. Corum should contact John King. Prior manager would also email TROC with questions and direction. 7.
