Hi Bill,
Thanks for your email. On the second sheet of our submittal drawings we
have included a code review of the 2003 IBC for the South project. I
have also been attempting to contact Mike and Charlie to review the Lion
Square Lodge South project and the building code analysis including
Chapter 34. We have already submitted a code analysis for the East
project which as I understand it has already been reviewed in meetings
by Charlie and Mike. It would be very helpful if I could meet with Mike
and Charlie on the South project to share with them our findings and to
bring them up to speed on our plans for renovating this building. I am
assuming we are still on for DRB on September 5th for the East and South

Hey Chip,
We have received the design review applications for the proposed changes
to the Lion Square Lodge East building and the new renovations to the
South building. In speaking with the Fire Department this morning, a
code compliance analysis (related to Chapter 34 of the International
Building Code) is necessary for the a complete and accurate Fire
Department review of this proposal. Please submit a code analysis for
both projects to the Community Development Department
as-soon-as-possible.
