Hi Bill, Thanks for your email. On the second sheet of our submittal drawings we have included a code review of the 2003 IBC for the South project. I have also been attempting to contact Mike and Charlie to review the Lion Square Lodge South project and the building code analysis including Chapter 34. We have already submitted a code analysis for the East project which as I understand it has already been reviewed in meetings by Charlie and Mike. It would be very helpful if I could meet with Mike and Charlie on the South project to share with them our findings and to bring them up to speed on our plans for renovating this building. I am assuming we are still on for DRB on September 5th for the East and South projects. Thanks. In speaking with the Fire Department this morning, a code compliance analysis (related to Chapter 34 of the International Building Code) is necessary for the a complete and accurate Fire Department review of this proposal. Please submit a code analysis for both projects to the Community Development Department as-soon-as-possible.
