Member/Lodging Partner Engagement:
• Total YTD lead generation continues to be ahead of pace from 2019 (183 vs. 174)
• Of the current pipeline, still 16 leads are still in the year for the year – Delta Variant is starting
to have an effect of bookings for 2021
• Booking/contracted business in August still very short term - 2 groups contracted for Sep
2021 & Oct 2021, only 1 for Nov 2022
• Monthly Lead Status Update to Lodging Partners
• Two DOS Virtual Meetings in August
• Two VLMD Partner Meetings & one VLMD Board Meeting
• Met with Lori Walton on revisions to Site Tour Agenda for September Visit
• Reached out local Vail restaurants for operating hours during shoulder season.
• Lodging partner renovation project
• Meeting with Jared Biniecki at Dobson Ice Arena re: MTS F&B/Site Visit
• Several meetings with VRC/VLMD re: sponsorship/funding opportunities for the National
Brotherhood 50th Annual Meeting for Feb. 2023
