PLAT NOTES:
1) The sole purpose of this exemption plat is to revise the lot summary chart
to change the GRFA and Site Coverage square foot numbers.
2) All notes and restrictions per the plat of Spraddle Creek Estates recorded at
Reception No. 506292 remain in force and effect with the exception of the GRFA
and site coverage square feet numbers.
3) Notice: according to Colorado law you must commence any legal action based
upon any defect in this survey within three years after you first discover such defect.
In no event, may any action based upon any defect in this survey be commenced
more than ten years from the date of the certification shown hereon.
